The Real Time Company ("we", "us") publishes video content on third-party platforms. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address and your message. We use them only to respond. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.

Platform services

We use official platform APIs, including YouTube API Services, to access public data and to manage our own accounts. We do not collect private data from viewers. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

If you authorize one of our apps, we use that access only for the purpose shown on the authorization screen. You can revoke it at any time in the platform's settings, for example at Google security settings. When you revoke access, we delete the tokens we stored.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as we need it, and never longer than the platforms' terms allow. To ask us to delete your information, email privacy@therealtimecompany.com.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
